Each is Both
- Mixed Media-Installation and Non-Performance
Collaborative work with Ian De Weerdt, shown at the Performance Festival Trampolin on 25th September 2020, Kunsthaus Essen, Germany.
The installation is made of various plastic wraps, rubbish bags, duck tape, contruction materials, furnitures, stones, screws, and printed photographs. It includes two projections: A video-documentation of a Performance with a duration of 24:21 minutes and an experimental video of 5:20 minutes, both displayed in a loop. The audience stays and moves freely in the space, which turned into a stage. The non-performers film the situation and swap the videocamer with the audience. Every 15 minutes a change of audience take place, meanwhile the 60 minutes long non-Performance is on going.
